Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting an online session on digital well-being, which attracted a considerable number of enthusiastic participants who came together to discuss and seek answers to achieving an ideal state of well-being through establishing boundaries and cultivating micro-habits.
Together, we delved into the pursuit of an ideal state of well-being, discussing the significance of setting boundaries and fostering micro-habits to create harmony in our lives.
As the webinar concluded, we outlined actionable steps to help us navigate our individual paths toward enhanced digital well-being.
