A year in futures studies

First in Sunshine Coast, back in December 2024, then in Taipei this month, I experienced the dynamism of APAC Futures Studies community.

This year, the focus was, of course, AI and how or whether it could bring a sustainable green future.

All workshops I attended were meaningful and extremely enlightening.

One question remained in my mind:

Why were there only 5 participants from Japan, including me?

Lack of interest?

Lack of English-speaking community?

All of them perhaps.

It is very worrying and it is something I need to keep advocating in my circle.
